Dress Rental Service

1- Do I need to be a member of your site to rent?
Yes, this will make it easier for you in your next orders. We will also inform you about our special surprises via your membership information!

2- I want to come to your store and try it. How can I create an appointment?
You can make your appointment via our website or our number 05413929069.

3- How many days can I rent the product?
You can rent for 5 days.

4- Where can you ship products?
We can ship products to all over Turkey.

 

5- How do you ensure product shipment? How can I follow up?
It will reach you within 2 business days within Istanbul. Remember that shipping time may vary depending on what you choose! Information will be given by the company at the order stage.
You can track the location of your product and its delivery date through the cargo company's system. After using the product, you can send it back to us free of charge by specifying the code xx to xxx company.

 

6- Can I pick up and deliver the design I rented from the Night Shift Couture store?
Certainly. Our store is open between 10.00 and 19.00 on weekdays and Saturdays.

 

7- Can I extend my product rental period?
Yes, you can extend the rental period up to 3 days through the membership system.

 

8- What is the procedure if I cannot deliver the design on the specified date?
Our sensitivity on this issue is to ensure that others do not suffer. Someone else may be counting the days to use the product after you...
If the product is not delivered within 7 days after the delivery date has expired, half of the retail sales price of the product is charged, and if it is not delivered within 14 days, the full retail price of the product is charged.

 

9- How is the cleaning of the design I want to rent carried out?
In order to make the whole process easier for you, we do dry cleaning before and after shipping. Our designs are first given to the dry cleaning service and then sent after being carefully checked by our expert team.

 

10- Are the designs insured? What is the procedure for minor damage that may occur?
We can imagine how attentive everyone we meet under this roof is. We don't want you to worry about minor damages either.
After the products are delivered, they are checked by our authorized friends. In case the product is damaged or lost/stolen in a way that cannot be repaired or repaired, 1/3 of the retail sales price of the product will be charged.

 

11- What should I do if I want to cancel my appointment?
You can change or cancel your appointment date up to 24 hours before the appointment time. For cancellations made 24 hours in advance, the refund will be made within 14 business days. There will be no refund for changes or cancellations made within the last 24 hours.

 

12- Is there a subscription system?
We do not have a subscription system at the moment, but we are preparing our subscription system to make it even easier to be the only choice for special occasions!
